The process starts off by doing a site evaluation on the property and proposed building. We will obtain information such as the land size, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, fixture units, soaker tubs, steam showers, occupants, and if garburators are to be used.The installer/planner/designer will do a site evaluation and investigate the soil conditions of your property to determine its ability to accept wastewater. Under local, provincial or national regulations, the installer/planner/designer has a choice of determining the soil texture using lab tests. From there we are going to be able to design the most suitable system for your soil.
